Cancellations made 48 hours before the service will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours or on the same day of the service are 100% non-refundable.

100% of the total service will be charged.

Rescheduling
Date change requests are subject to guide availability and may involve price differences.
We cannot guarantee rescheduling when the request is made within the penalty periods.
Weather Conditions
Walking tours may be affected by weather conditions.
In case of bad weather, Viajon may:
Reschedule the experience based on availability, or
Adapt the activities included in the program.
No refunds will be issued for changes due to weather conditions.
