The Asado Tasting Menu consists of 9 courses that elevate the asado experience, bringing you closer to the essence of cooking with fire. Each dish is meticulously prepared on a unique, state-of-the-art grill, right in front of you. An intimate and shared culinary experience, illuminated by the glow of the flames.
The wine selections are carefully chosen to harmonize with the flavors of the cuisine. While there is no à la carte wine list, the pairings are designed to highlight and complement the chef’s creations.
This experience is designed exclusively for adults (minimum age: 14 years, 18 if alcohol).

At VIAJON, we manage regular and customized experiences by working with carefully selected local providers and hosts to offer you unique and unforgettable moments. Our goal is always to provide you with the greatest flexibility possible and to support you in case of any changes in plans.

Each experience - whether a tour, transfer, culinary activity, or special experience - is operated by different partners, and therefore has its own cancellation policies and specific conditions.

While our team does everything possible to find solutions, rescheduling, or alternatives when unforeseen events arise, cancellations and modifications are governed by the specific policies of each provider.

We recommend reading the conditions carefully at the time of confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to advise you and help you manage the best available option.

Experience Policies:

Groups of 9 or more people:

• Within 15 days prior to the reservation: no refund under any circumstances.

Groups of 8 or fewer people:

• More than 72 hours in advance: 90% refund.

• Less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

Important:No changes are accepted in the number of diners. If fewer people show up than reserved, there will be no refund for the absent guests.
