• Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

Rescheduling:

• More than 72 hours before the tour: 90% credit for a tour of equal or lesser value, with no additional charge.

• Within the 72 hours prior: the cancellation conditions described above will apply.

Note:Tours may be canceled by the provider in case of extreme weather conditions that compromise the safety of participants.
