Your adventure begins with a house cocktail and a generous platter of fresh fruits, local cheeses, and nuts: the perfect way to settle in and meet the other guests. From there, the class becomes fully interactive. Guided by a chef, you will roll up your sleeves to prepare chipá, the cheese bread from northeastern Argentina, and fold empanadas with classic meat and vegetarian fillings.

The centerpiece of the night is learning to prepare a complete Argentine meal in a dream kitchen. You will master the techniques to sear the loin with creamy Andean potatoes and then move on to dessert, making a silky flan with dulce de leche from scratch.

Throughout the night, two specially selected Argentine wines will be served to complement each stage of your 4-course menu. The atmosphere is lively and communal: a small group cooking, drinking, and sharing around the table. And when it's over, you will leave not only with a full belly and great memories but also with the recipes in hand, ready to recreate the flavors of Argentina at home.

While our team does everything possible to find solutions, rescheduling, or alternatives when unforeseen events arise, cancellations and modifications are governed by the specific policies of each provider.

We recommend reading the conditions carefully at the time of confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to advise you and help you manage the best available option.

Groups of 9 or more people:

• Within 15 days prior to the reservation: no refund.

Groups of 8 or fewer people:

• More than 96 hours in advance: 90% refund.

Between 96 - 72 hours: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

Important:Changes in the number of diners are not accepted with less than 48 hours' notice. If fewer people show up, there will be no refund of the corresponding amount.
