Your adventure begins with a house cocktail and a generous board of fresh fruits, local cheeses, and nuts—the perfect way to settle in and meet the other guests. From there, the class becomes fully interactive. Guided by a chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves to prepare chipá, the cheese bread from northeastern Argentina, and fold empanadas with classic beef and vegetarian fillings.

The centerpiece of the evening is learning to prepare a complete Argentine meal in a dream kitchen. You’ll master the techniques to sear lomo with creamy Andean potatoes, and then move on to dessert, making a silky flan with dulce de leche from scratch.

Throughout the evening, two specially selected Argentine wines will be served to complement each stage of your four-course menu. The atmosphere is lively and communal: a small group cooking, drinking, and sharing around the table. And when it’s over, you’ll leave not only with a full stomach and great memories, but also with the recipes in hand—ready to recreate the flavors of Argentina at home.

Each experience - whether a tour, transfer, culinary activity, or special experience - is operated by different partners, and therefore has its own cancellation policies and specific conditions.

While our team does everything possible to find solutions, rescheduling, or alternatives when unforeseen events arise, cancellations and modifications are governed by the specific policies of each provider.

Groups of 9 or more people:

• Within 15 days prior to the reservation: no refund.

Groups of 8 or fewer people:

• More than 96 hours in advance: 90% refund.

Between 96 - 72 hours: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

Important:Changes to the number of diners are not accepted with less than 48 hours' notice. If fewer people show up, there will be no refund for the corresponding amount.
